Vaccine Inequity Governor Cuomo announced today that in conjunction with the federal government and with the assistance of FEMA, two mass-vaccination sites will be opened in socially vulnerable communities: one at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn and the second at York College in Queens. State Vaccination Allocation Increases Today, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that the weekly supply of vaccines that are allocated to New York State from the federal government will now be increased by 20% over what we were getting at the start of the year. Marriage Receptions  With the continued drop in the state passivity rate, today Governor Cuomo announced that beginning March 15 marriage receptions can return under new parameters.
